This beautiful diamond wedding set is vintage circa 1950s. It is one of two fabulous diamond rings purchased from a Sarasota estate. The center diamond weighs 1.58 ct and is eye clean SI2 in clarity and near colorless H in color. It is a round brilliant, ideal cut gem with a table of 60% and a depth of 57.7%. There are six additional round full cut diamonds for a total weight of 1.70 ct. The small diamonds have a total weight of .12 ct and are VS in clarity and G-H in color. There are 6 rectangle calibre cut unidentified natural green stones on the engagement part of this ring set and four natural emeralds that are part of the wedding ring. The emeralds are replacement stones. The mounting is platinum and the ring is a size 5 but could be resized. Note that the grey looking circle in the diamond on the photos is a shadow and does not exist. The retail replacement value of the wedding set is $14,000.00 and the independent appraisal is included when purchased. |
