| This gorgeous vintage ring is circa 1950’s. It is fashioned from platinum and set with many diamonds. The largest center diamond is a 1.00 ct round brilliant cut, SI2 in clarity and I in color. It has a strong blue flourescence which does not make it cloudy at all but serves to make it look very white in color. The diamonds on either side of this one are .51 ct round full cut, SI2 clarity, I color and a .52 ct round brilliant cut, SI2 clarity, H color. The remaining diamonds are twelve round full cut, three baguette cut and seven marquise cut. These diamonds average VS in clarity and H-I in color. The overall weight of this ring is 10.2 grams, it is a size 4 (and is able to be sized) and it is in very good condition with no problems. The retail replacement value is $13,200.00 and the independent appraisal is included when purchased. |
