These great looking steak knives are vintage circa 1940s. They are made from stainless steel and have butterscotch colored bakelite handles. The bakelite is dyed and carved to look like horn but when I tested the ends they were confirmed as bakelite. The knives are stamped Westall Richardson, Stainless Steel, Made in Sheffield England. They have a serated edge and are quite sharp. Each knife measures 8 7/8 inches long and 1 inch wide at the widest portion. They are in very good condition. |
