This great shoulder bag is circa 1990s. It is made by the fine purse maker Jay Herbert. For those who are not familiar with this name, his bags are made with the same fine kidskin leather, workmanship and look as the Chanel leather bags. They were sold in Saks as well as other stores, and were part of thier expensive quality bag line. This purse is bright blue in color and has a combination chain and leather shoulder strap. The measurements are 8 1/4 X 5 1/4 X 2 inches and the strap is another 46 inches. This bag is in great condition inside and out and there is one zippered compartment inside and one across the back. The lining is black leather.
