This pretty lorgnette is vintage circa 1950s. It is fashioned from dark blue lucite and set with lots of tiny rhinestones. It folds up and fits into a little gold vinyl case. The lorgnette measures 4 inches long and 1 1/16 inches wide when unfolded. The handle measures 2 1/2 x 1/2 inches. I would say the glasses magnify to about the strength of 200 power reading glasses. All of the original rhinestone are present and the condition is very good. The case shows wear with a some discoloration on it.
