These wild glasses are vintage circa 1970s or 1980s. They are really too cool! They are made by Rodier and are a rosey pink and off white color with a hint of a grey swirl mixed in. Very 1950s colors. They have prescription lenses. The frames measure 5 1/4 x 1 7/8 inches and the sides are 4 7/8 inches long. The front of the frames is some type of plastic and the sides are metal with plastic tips. They are marked Rodier, 288 K, Made by Licera, W. Germany, COL.317, 135, 60 12. The condition is very good with only some slight mentionables, There is slight paint loss on the metal sides, both pink and off white and as you can see the tipes of the ear sections have turned a bit yellow with age. I have not tried to restore any of this, although I think it would be quite simple to do so. The lenses are really thick! |
